Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Structural Engineer with a strong background in domestic timber frame design. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience and be eager to contribute to our diverse project portfolio while helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and analyse timber frame structures for residential projects.
  •  Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineers to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to inform design decisions.
  • Prepare detailed calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Participate in project management tasks, including budgeting and scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in domestic timber frame design.
  • Familiarity with relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
