Conrad Consulting are presenting an excellent opportunity for a Job running Project Architect to join a highly reputable Architectural practice in Surrey, working on exciting projects within a variety of the residential and care/retirement sector.
As a registered Architect the right candidate will have demonstrated experience working on a range of project types within the residential and care sectors, be passionate towards design, motivated, career driven and have the capability to run their own projects.
If you have 5 years post qualification as an Architect that has extensive knowledge of projects from stages 3 onwards, excellent technical knowledge and also possess a sound understanding of current building regs and legislation this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
At minimum the successful Project Architect candidate needs to possess –
- RIBA/ARB registered Architect
- Demonstrable UK experience within the Residential and Care sectors
- Strong design skills
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Job running experience – delivering projects from RIBA stages 3 onwards.
- Proficient with Revit and other industry software
- Sound knowledge of UK Planning Process, BREEAM and UK Building Regulations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
