Conrad Consulting have partnered with a global Architecture & Masterplanning practice who have an excellent RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant opportunity available in their Leeds office.
Our client are looking for an ambitious design focussed Architectural Assistant (Part 2 qualified) ideally with a couple of years work experience to support a wider delivery team and successfully deliver projects within the Education, Commercial, Energy, Transportation and Infrastructure sectors.
The role will primarily be focused on projects within the Education & Commercial sectors initially and supporting design teams to deliver high quality Education projects that make a real difference to local communities. You’ll be working within a collaborative supporting environment and take responsibility for supporting a variety of education projects throughout all design stages, a superb learning experience awaits alongside ideal project work to support you through qualification.

Responsibilities of the Part 2 Architectural Assistant
RIBA Part 2 Qualified (UK recognised qualifications)
Approximately 1-2 years of post Part 2 experience in a UK based Consultancy or Architectural Practice.
Knowledge of both AutoCAD Sketchup and ideally REVIT software
Strong conceptual design and presentation skills
Ability and confidence to work autonomously, and as part of an enthusiastic design team.
Excellent organisation & technical ability
Keen interest in the technical aspects of the preparation of specification writing, detailed design and construction drawings
Team player with ambitions to progress and become fully qualified.
Design and creative flair & imagination is essential.
Alongside a starting salary of between £27,500 - £30,000 per annum you will also receive private medical, 25 days holiday, lucrative performance bonus, 5% employer pension. You will also be coached and mentored to ensure a smooth route through to becoming fully qualified, your Architectural education and learning / development journey here will be taken very seriously.
