My client is currently looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to fill a permanent opening with their consultancy located in Wakefield specialising across commercial, residential, industrial, and healthcare projects. If you’re an experienced surveyor looking to make that progression in your career, no further than this role.
Requirements of the Associate Quantity Surveyor
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- Strong commercial background.
- Able to work on own or manage a team for project deliverables as project dictates
- Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private and public-sector clients
- Confident, client facing and keen to develop client relationship
- Solid technical competence and service delivery
