I joined the company in January 2017. Prior to this I had worked for many years as an HR/Business Support Manager within the insurance sector. This was a varied and at times challenging role which required me to multi task and utilise a diverse skill set. One of my roles was sourcing and recruiting new employees and since joining Conrad I am experiencing recruitment from another angle which I'm finding fascinating.
After initially working as a Resourcer for the Architecture team, my main focus is now in the Civil & Structural Engineering sector, where I scour our extensive candidate database, LinkedIn and job boards in the search for Structural and Civil engineers, technicians and newly qualified graduates to find those who are an ideal fit for current vacancies. I really enjoy speaking with people and learning all about their qualifications, career history and future aspirationa.
Originally from London, I have lived in Suffolk for over 20 years and enjoy all it has to offer. In particular I love to spend time walking with my family, going to the cinema, eating out and watching tennis and football (although I'm no expert).
