An exciting opportunity with a multi-award winning AJ100 Architectural Practice based in West Sussex seeking an Experienced Architectural Technologist to join their talented team.
This highly reputable firm are searching for a Architectural Technologist that has a depth of experience working in the residential field with medium to large scale housebuilder-led residential and mixed-use projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards.
The successful Architectural Technologist will require to have demonstrated experience in preparing working drawings and the ability to co-ordinate with others based on client briefings, consented planning and other consultants’ information.
Essential Requirements for candidates:
- 3 years minimum post qualification UK experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical aspects, acquired through experiences in various medium to large scale projects, with a particular focus on residential, educational and Mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Essential)
- Working knowledge of Revit (Essential)
- Familiarity with Building Regs, NHBC/LABC Warranty guidelines and Associated Housing Standards
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages.
- Possess strong communication skills and have a meticulous attention to detail.
A highly competitive salary will be on offer for the successful Architectural Technologist likely to be in the region of £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience. The company are open to flexible working arrangements and have fantastic career development prospects.
