Exciting opportunity for an ambitious Architect to join market leaders in the Healthcare sector – Hertford.
Join a well-established RIBA chartered Architecture practice in Hertford, known for their expertise in delivering complex Healthcare projects to a host of clients across the country. With over 50 years of experience, this practice sits firmly at the forefront of the industry and is seeking a talented Architect to become a part of the successful development of their business.
As an Architect with this firm, you will gain exposure to multi-million-pound design projects in both the NHS and private sector. You will play a key role in creating innovative designs that meet the unique needs and challenges of each client. This means that previous experience operating upon Healthcare projects is highly sought after!
The practice fully values the latest in design technology, including BIM, and requires an Architect with full proficiency in Revit and experience working at BIM Level 2.
Key Architect Requirements:
- RIBA Chartered / ARB Registered
- Demonstrable post qualification UK experience
- Experience within UK Healthcare sector – highly desirable
- Proficiency with Revit & BIM Level 2 - essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of UK planning application process and Building Regulations
In return, you will receive a competitive salary, likely to be in the range of £35-£45k, plus benefits.
