My client is a globally recognised multi-disciplinary consultancy who are currently in the process of expanding its current operations in the Northwest by making additions to their Complex infrastructure team. They’re currently looking to bring in a Senior Project Manager to play a central role in some of the most innovative airport projects in the UK.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality project and program management standards throughout the project lifecycle, particularly focusing on aviation construction projects in live operational environments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Advise clients on project cost, program, risks, and issues.
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
- Foster communication and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Generate monthly reports, including project programs and risk registers.
- Develop delivery plans for projects, involving stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
Requirements
- Hold a Project Management Qualification from APM, RICS, or similar institutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in adopting and managing best practice Project Management methodologies.
- Possess knowledge of pre-and-post-contract Project Management responsibilities and adeptly deliver these services to clients, preferably with NEC management experience.
- Experience working on similar project types in a consultancy environment.
- Exhibit the ability to oversee projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
